The
way our recruiting/ranking system works:
After a new member
has joined the clan as a recruit they need to play actively on our server
for 1-2 weeks. During this trial period the new recruit will get to
know the members and vice versa. After the trial week(s) is up then
a vote will be made amongst the existing members. The vote must be passed
by at least 66.6% in order for the recruit to become a member. This
ensures that most everybody likes the recruit enough to be in the clan.
After the vote is passed then the recruit becomes an active member of
the clan, gains more accesses and become more liable for matches and
scrims. Exceptions are made from recruits to play in scrims as a reserve
or an extra player.
For matches all
of the members including leaders are divided up into teams of at least
6. Each team is designed for matches in the ladder. Talk to a leader
